Louis Antonelli is an avid health researcher and business owner. He studied Ecology at Cal Poly and University of Hawaii, and then worked as an agricultural consultant with the USDA. He is currently residing in Kilauea Kaua’i, Hawai'i. The Hawaiian Mineral Company was founded to share health-products from the Hawaiian islands to the international market. Sourcing from small organic farms, the line includes functional mushrooms, adaptogens, electrolytes and herbs.
