While on our honeymoon, my husband and I discovered these electrolytes at a farmers market! We absolutely fell in love with how refreshing and natural it tastes (with all credit to the real ingredients Hawaiian Hydration uses). It became our go-to during all our hikes and outdoor adventures while on the island. Now as a full time nurse, these electrolytes have fueled both my brain and body on the busiest of shifts. I spent time in a medical clinic with an amazing doctor who specializes in whole body healing. I showed him my Hawaiian electrolytes and Primal packets. After reading both ingredients, he chose the Hawaiian electrolytes as the most healthy for me, hands down.

This is my FAVORITE electrolyte powder...and believe me, I've tried them all. There's a huge difference between being sweetened with stevia or monk fruit vs real dried/powdered fruit. As a physician, I am always looking for amazing products for my family and patients. The Hawaiian Hydration electrolytes are such an amazing product. My children literally ask for it almost every day. It's also perfect to get my patients to stay hydrate, for post-sports recovery (marathon running, after I play soccer, etc), and for every day maintenance of electrolyte balance in the body. My favorite part is how I recognize all of the ingredients and they are clean. Definitely the best electolytes available today.
