Ingredients: Big Island Spirulina, Kaua’i Moringa, Kaua’i Kale
Spirulina:
- Protein: Spirulina is a rich source of complete protein, providing about 60-70% protein by weight. It contains all essential amino acids.
- Vitamins: It is high in B-vitamins, particularly B12, which is rare in plant-based sources. It also contains vitamins A, C, and E.
- Minerals: Spirulina is rich in iron, magnesium, potassium, and calcium.
- Antioxidants: It has high levels of antioxidants, including phycocyanin, which helps fight oxidative stress and inflammation.
- Fat: Contains essential fatty acids, including gamma-linolenic acid (GLA).
Moringa:
